That is where Marshall Harmony started and it is still most of what we do. Marshall Harmony Professional Services brings the same exclusive approach to accountancy practices, law firms, financial services firms and consultancies, led by Laura Davies and Lois Barber.
Do you charge upfront fees or retainers?
No. No upfront fees and no retainers, including for partner and director appointments. The fee is agreed at the briefing and payable when your new hire has a start date, and 2% of it goes to Acorns Children's Hospice.
Can you recruit partners and senior people confidentially?
Yes. Senior and partner-level appointments are led by Laura personally and run as confidentially as you need, including from your own team.
