OUR PARTNERSHIPS

Proud to Work in Partnership With ALFED

Marshall Harmony is proud to work in partnership with ALFED, the Aluminium Federation, supporting an organisation at the heart of the UK aluminium industry.

Our relationship helps us stay close to the businesses, people and conversations shaping one of the UK’s most important manufacturing sectors.

Connected to the Aluminium Industry

Aluminium touches an enormous range of industries, from advanced manufacturing and engineering to transport, construction and consumer products.

Through our partnership with ALFED, we attend industry events, connect with member businesses and contribute to conversations around the future of the sector.

That involvement gives our recruitment team a better understanding of the skills, challenges and opportunities affecting businesses throughout the aluminium supply chain.

Why the Partnership Matters

For us, industry knowledge has to go beyond recognising job titles.

Being involved with ALFED helps Marshall Harmony understand the sector from the inside and have more informed conversations with employers and candidates working across aluminium, metals, engineering and manufacturing.

It is another way we stay connected to the industries we recruit for rather than simply recruit from them.

Working Together

Marshall Harmony is a member of ALFED. Through the federation we attend industry events, meet member businesses across the aluminium supply chain and take part in conversations about where the sector is heading, with Laura speaking where she is invited to.

We are also regulars at the UK Metals Expo at the NEC in Birmingham, where ALFED is a partner organisation, and have exhibited there ourselves.

Aluminium touches many of the industries we recruit for, from advanced manufacturing and transport to construction and consumer products. Being inside the federation rather than watching from outside gives us a closer understanding of the skills shortages, succession challenges and growth plans affecting the businesses we recruit for.
