Backing the Engineers of the Future
Why does a specialist recruitment agency support a student racing team?
Because the students developing, building and racing these cars are part of the future of UK engineering.
The project gives students the opportunity to apply technical knowledge in a demanding real-world environment, developing skills that will support them throughout their engineering careers.
Supporting that development aligns naturally with Marshall Harmony’s commitment to placing people first and investing in future talent.

A Partnership Beyond Sponsorship
Our relationship extends beyond having our logo on the car.
Marshall Harmony also works in partnership with the University of Wolverhampton and has appeared alongside the University at industry events.
Our involvement is about supporting engineering education, industry exposure and future talent.
We are there to contribute, not simply to recruit.
University of Wolverhampton Racing
Our Involvement
Marshall Harmony sponsors University of Wolverhampton Racing, and our name is on the team’s race car.
We are there for launches and race days, including the reveal of the team’s latest Radical SR3 XXR.
But the sponsorship is only part of the relationship.
Laura and the team spend time with UWR students on the things that sit between a good degree and a good first job: how to write a CV an engineering employer will read, how to use LinkedIn, what employers look for and how to talk confidently about their experience.
Many of these students already have the technical ability. Helping them communicate it is where Marshall Harmony can add something.
We also work with the
University of Wolverhampton more widely and have appeared alongside the University at industry events.
