Laura founded Marshall Harmony in 2021 after more than 25 years in recruitment and leads the Executive Search side of the business personally.
Her focus is on senior, director and leadership appointments, particularly the difficult searches where the right person is unlikely to be sitting on a job board waiting to apply.
Clients have nicknamed her “the mermaid hunter” for finding the people others struggle to reach.
