Charity, Fundraising & Volunteering
Supporting the Communities Around Us
Giving back at Marshall Harmony is not limited to one event or one fundraising campaign.
It includes our ongoing partnership with Acorns Children’s Hospice, volunteering and showing up for the communities connected to our team and the industries we recruit for.

ACORNS
A Commitment Built Into Every Placement
Marshall Harmony donates 2% of every successful placement fee to Acorns Children’s Hospice.
Clients can also choose to match the contribution.
That means supporting Acorns is built into the way Marshall Harmony does business rather than relying solely on individual fundraising campaigns.
“The substance was always there. I make sure people can see it.”
Joe Carey, Digital Media and Production Executive
VOLUNTEERING
Giving Time as Well as Money
The team also supports Acorns through volunteering.
That has included spending time helping in Acorns retail environments and supporting the charity directly as a team.
Laura Davies is also an Acorns Ambassador, strengthening the connection between the charity and Marshall Harmony.
Joe’s prototype includes photography from Acorns volunteering days, so I’d keep this section strongly visual rather than adding lots more copy.
WIDER COMMUNITY
Showing Up for the Communities We Are Part Of
Our wider community involvement includes engineering, manufacturing, education and business organisations across the West Midlands.
From Women With Metal and University of Wolverhampton Racing to ALFED and Shropshire Chamber, we believe contributing to those communities matters just as much as recruiting from them.
INVESTING IN FUTURE TALENT
