Our Involvement
Marshall Harmony is part of the Women in Recycling community.
The team attends the Women in Recycling Conference, held to mark International Women’s Day, as well as the wider events around it.
Those conversations give us direct insight into what recycling businesses are dealing with, from battery fires and regulation to export scrutiny and the pressure of keeping operations moving.
That is the point of being there. We recruit for businesses facing many of the same challenges, and there are things you understand from being in the room that no job brief can tell you.
