Faith recruits engineering and manufacturing talent, with a focus on specialist technical roles such as applications engineers and project engineers. She came to recruitment from a career as a Project Manager, so she has worked inside engineering environments and delivered projects herself. That first-hand understanding is what she uses to spot strong technical candidates and match them with the right roles and organisations.

Outside work she reads, does aerial arts and follows Project Binky and Mighty Car Mods. If you are looking for your next technical role, or just fancy talking cars, drop her a message.
