Ellie is everything Laura says she is not: organised, systems-led, and happiest deep in the data. As Operations Director she runs the machinery of Marshall Harmony, the CRM, the analytics, the contracts, the accounts, and everything that makes the recruitment look effortless from the outside. She and Laura have built the business side by side, and the balance between them is a big part of why it works.
